• Damaged items caused by customer mishandling

3. Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return, the product must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• Packed with all accessories, coverings, and tags
• Packaging must not be torn, wet, or scratched
• Makeup products must have intact seal

4. Return Shipping Charges

• Our mistake (wrong/damaged item): Return shipping is free
• Customer change of mind: Customer pays return shipping

Cash refunds for COD orders are not available.
